Litter Decomposition
Senescent leaves decompose at differing rates due to a variety of factors such as the community of organisms living in the soil, climatic conditions, and chemical compounds within the leaves. The investigators will study the cumulative affect of these variables on decomposition.
This protocol may require $50-$100 and >1 day in field or instruments left >1 day.
